Summit Lending Group, Inc was formed in 1991 to provide mortgages for Texas properties.  No two borrowers are alike.  Our approach is to fully understand your financial needs and find the loan program that best meets those needs.  By working as mortgage brokers we are able to provide loans from many different lenders, giving us the ability to offer competitive rates on owner-occupied and investor purchases and refinances, for borrowers with outstanding credit to borrowers with some damaged credit.
